The application for the 2026 "GoldenFLAG® AWARDS" will close on March 20, 2026. Please send your application materials to the official email: awards@hrflag.com. The materials will be collected by the organizer and the experts committee from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your application materials.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- * If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact the organizer and the experts committee.
- * All information in the application form will be kept strictly confidential and used solely by the organizer (HRflag) and the experts committee during the evaluation process.
- * Only the names of the winners will be announced. After receiving all application materials, the organizer will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the applicant companies based on the provided information and submit a report to the experts committee for final assessment.
- * The experts committee will determine the final winners through a rigorous selection process.

COST AND FEE
EXPENDITURE
Due to the surge in the number of participating enterprises, to filter low-quality or invalid applications and control the total volume, the 2026 GoldenFLAG® AWARDS charges an application fee. The fee is RMB 5,000 per enterprise. Applicants must complete the payment by March 20, 2026; late payment will be regarded as a voluntary withdrawal.
Note: The application fee has no direct or indirect connection with the final evaluation results or whether an award is granted. It is solely used to cover the costs of project evaluation and award activities (such as judge fees, award ceremony venue, setup, catering, event promotion, etc.).
Winning enterprises may obtain the right to use the "GoldenFLAG® AWARDS" logo after obtaining written permission.
